There are several varieties of dragon fruit, including Hylocereus undatus (white-fleshed), Hylocereus costaricensis (red-fleshed), and Hylocereus megalanthus (yellow-fleshed). Each variety has its own unique flavor and appearance. Dragon fruit can be enjoyed fresh on its own or used in smoothies, salads, desserts, and other dishes.
