Ginger: At Shakthi GTC, we take immense pride in offering a premium selection of ginger. Ginger, a flowering plant native to Southeast Asia, is widely recognized for its culinary and medicinal uses. Although it originates from tropical and subtropical regions, it is now cultivated in various parts of the world. The root, commonly known as ginger root, can be used fresh, dried, or ground into powder for cooking, teas, and natural remedies. Ginger is renowned for its ability to ease digestive discomforts like indigestion, bloating, and gas. It works by stimulating the production of digestive enzymes and promoting better movement of food through the digestive system.
